Which Version To Use
As of March 4, 2025, I am (still) using Version 10, Update 65. I hear many horror stories about new releases, but maybe I am too cautious and missing out on things.
The big reason I stopped at 65 was because for 66 and some other updates, the Performance Report Trade List was messed up, adding a column of data at trade 200, and making it hard to import trades in Monte Carlo spreadsheet.
So, if the update version of TS 10 you are using no longer has this problem, AND there are some other improvements, please list the version you are using and the improvements you see...

I'm not a long-time member, I currently use Version 10 Update 83
Honestly, I think it's really good. I have no complaints at all.
Maybe I'm too new to notice any issues, but i would say i haven't encountered any
It's worth mentioning that I'm not LIVE yet, and it's probably a different experience, but for now 10/10

Thanks, good to know. Can you send me a Performance Report in Excel format? Any strategy with over 200 trades will do.

Hey Kevin!
I've just looked it up and I've got "TradeStation Version: 10.0 (Update 1255) Date: 08/23/2024". I agree that the Performance Report issue at trade 200 is annoying, but I've just learnt to live with it. I'm a bit too afraid that some bugs would creep into my trading if I stayed with older versions.

I'm not sure what Update # 1255 is, they have multiple # schemes it seems.

I just checked a different interface and it's saying I have "Update 81", sorry for the confusion

So Update #81 does NOT fix the performance report issue? I know it was fixed for some earlier version, then issue came back. I had thought they re-fixed it.

Performance report trade list seems to be fixed. I remember previously the columns used to shift and there would be some trades replicated at the 200 trade mark ? if that's what you mean then it doesnt do that any more.

Weird, Dejan implies 81 did not have fix, but Rich says it is. Do you each mind e-mailing a sample one with more than 200 trades from Update 81? Sorry to ask, but I want to make sure everyone is in agreement.

I am using Windows 11, TS v10 (Update 84). The Trades List issue seems to be fixed. No misaligned data-fields after 200 trades when performance report is saved as an xlsx file.
